http://www.runwayfinder.com/: Zoomable maps on top of Google maps, sectionals for the whole country, METARs, TFRs and airport info. This is a great site for long distance planning
http://skyvector.com: This site has enroute H and L as well as WAC and Sectional charts. It allows you to enter a route and will show it. But unlike runwayfinder it does no stiching of maps and does not work as well for getting the big picture.

http://www.duat.com/ DUAT (Data Transformation Corp and http://www.duats.com/: DUATS (DynCorp,fromerly GTE) are the two Duats vendors. Pick your favorite
http://www.aeroplanner.com/: EAA sponsored flight planner. EAA membership give you free access to the basic system.
http://www.aopa.org/aifp/aifp.cfm: The AOPA flight planner (actually run by Jeppesen). It's simple to use and gives good information. Maps flight path and shows current radar. Can't see current METARs and TAFs but interfaces to DUATs.
http://flightaware.com/flightplan/ Flight planner with some great features but also a couple of rough edges. Works out routes on its own, shows total fuel cost.
http://www.navmonster.com/: Shows route on google maps, interfaces to DUATS for filing, shows airports along route.

http://tfr.faa.gov/tfr2/list.jsp: The FAA's own. Sorted by state or center or NOTAM type. Mapping is a bit cumbersome.
